3i Infotech, North America CEO Kathy Hamburger to Speak at WorldBlu Awards Ceremony for Most Democratic Workplaces

3i Infotech Among Members of WorldBlu's 2010 List of the Most Democratic Workplaces

Edison, NJ - 3i Infotech , a global information technology and transaction services company, will be honored tomorrow along with the other members of WorldBlu's 2010 list of Most Democratic Workplaces.  Kathy Hamburger, CEO of 3i Infotech, North America, will accept the award and address the audience at the awards ceremony at the Green Valley Ranch Resort and Spa in Las Vegas, Nev.

WorldBlu specializes in organizational democracy and freedom-centered leadership.  3i Infotech qualified for the Most Democratic Workplaces recognition after its employees completed a survey evaluating the organization's practice of ten democratic principles, such as transparency, dialogue, listening, integrity and accountability.
